Update

In order to import old tours that were sold as separate apps, the tours must be currently downloaded on your phone. 

If the tours are currently on your device, skip to Step 4.

1. Open the App Store app on your device.
2. Tap on the profile picture in the upper right hand corner to get to your account, and select “Purchased” and then “My Purchases” on the next screen. On devices with the latest iOS, these are located under “Apps” rather than “Purchased”.
3. Find the previous purchased tours in the list of apps, and download them to your device (over wifi).
4. Launch the new GuideAlong app.
5. Check that all the previously purchased tours are now available in the My Tours tab.
6. You are now free to delete the old/legacy tour apps on your device to save space.

*Note you’ll still need to download the tour content in the new app prior to touring offline.

If your screens don’t look like this, you may be running an older version of Android OS.

1. Open the GooglePlay store app on your device.
2. Tap on your profile icon.
3. Select Manage my apps and device.
4. Select Manage.
5. Tap the dropdown menu from Installed.
6. Select Not installed.
7. Scroll and select all previously purchased tours.
8. Tap the download icon to install from your GooglePlay account (no charge).
9. Open the new app.
10. Ensure all of your previous tours are imported by checking the My Tours tab. If one is missing, please contact support.
11. You are now free to delete the legacy/old tour apps on your device.

Older Version Android

In order to import old tours that were sold as separate apps, the tours must be currently downloaded on your phone, prior to restoring purchases. 

If the tours are currently on your device, skip to Step 6. 

1. Open the GooglePlay store app on your device.
2. Open the menu by tapping the three-line icon on the top left of your screen.
3. Open My Apps & Games.
4. Select the Library tab near the top of the screen.
5. Install all your previously purchased tours.
6. Return to the new app.
7. Ensure all of your previous tours are imported by checking the My Tours tab. If one is missing, please contact support.
8. You are now free to delete the legacy/old tour apps on your device.
